House Prices ( € per night)
House prices are fully inclusive covering the consumption of electricity,
the supply of hot and cold water to the kitchens and bathrooms, the
use of bedlinen and bathroom towels (no beach towels) as well as the
use of the pool and are not subject to VAT. With the obvious exception
of food and beverages, there are not hidden extras to pay.
There is an inclusive cleaning prior to arrival. An additional €
60,- per house will be charged for the final cleaning after departure

Boat prices are net prices and subject to 16% VAT. Fuel is not included
in the price.
There is an inclusive cleaning prior to arrival. An additional €
50,- per boat will be charged for the final cleaning.
